Loretta Odame Awuah, M.Sc.
Loretta is a learning and development professional with over eight years of experience in micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) capacity-building and curriculum design. She has designed programs that trained more than 10 000 entrepreneurs and unlocked over $500 000 in working capital through initiatives like the Mastercard Foundation COVID-19 Recovery and Resiliency Program and the GIZ/Newmont Women's Economic Resiliency Program.
As a consultant at PYXERA Global she authored cross-department training guides and leads systems and learning projects. Her qualifications include a Master of Science in Development Management and a Bachelor of Economics, complemented by international certifications in adult learning. Loretta's unique blend of donor-validated curriculum expertise and deep familiarity with African-diaspora and immigrant business contexts makes her exceptionally well-positioned to spearhead the Inclusive Growth & Resilience Initiative.
